    We understand that buying land or a home in Nigeria is a major financial milestone. Too many buyers face anxiety over title disputes, hidden fees and unreliable developers.

    Teemaps Resources Ltd was founded on a single principle: real estate investment should be safe, transparent and completely stress-free.

    We are a full-service real estate and property development company, sourcing, vetting and developing assets across major economic hubs including Lagos, Ibeju-Lekki, Abuja and Ibadan.

    Our legal and land-surveying teams search the appropriate State Land Registry before a property is listed, confirming it is free from government acquisition and Omonile interference.

    We work in partnership with Surveyor Ademola Adebowale, immediate past Chairman of the Ogun State chapter of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors.
