Before you buy

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask us most, answered plainly.

How do I know the land I am buying from Teemaps Resources Ltd is safe?

Safety is our core promise. We work in partnership with Surveyor Ademola Adebowale, immediate past Chairman of the Ogun State chapter of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors.

Before we list any property, our legal and land-surveying teams conduct searches at the appropriate State Land Registry. We confirm that every plot we sell is free from government acquisition, free from Omonile interference and holds a clean, verifiable title.

What types of land titles do your properties have?

We deal exclusively in secure titles. Depending on the estate location in Lagos, Ibeju-Lekki, Abuja or Ibadan, our properties come with titles such as Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Governor's Consent, Gazette or Approved Excision. All document details are disclosed to you before any payment is made.

Can I do a physical site inspection before buying?

Absolutely, and we encourage it. We organise regular free site inspections so you can see the land, its topography and the ongoing infrastructure for yourself.

Are there any hidden charges, such as development or agency fees?

No. All costs, including the land, documentation, surveying and development levies, are set out in your initial offer letter. What you see is what you pay.
